Background

​Keith Bobrosky graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge in 2007 with a degree in Business Marketing. Before joining Delta Scientific, he built a strong foundation in sales and customer service while helping launch a heavy equipment logistics firm.

​

In 2007, he began his career at Delta Scientific as a Barrier Applications Engineer, overseeing the successful installation of dozens of systems for the U.S. Air Force. His leadership potential quickly became evident, and he soon advanced to managing Delta’s East Coast sales team, directing critical barrier programs for the FBI, CarMax, and the U.S. State Department’s Overseas Building Operations.

By 2016, Bobrosky was promoted to Vice President of Sales, where he expanded his influence by taking a more active role in production management. In 2018, he became Senior Vice President, tasked with leading overall operations while maintaining a strong sales emphasis. His continued vision and leadership culminated in his appointment as President of Delta Scientific in 2021.

As President, Bobrosky draws on his diverse experience to unite his past roles with forward-looking leadership. He is dedicated to fostering employee motivation, driving innovation in system design, and implementing strategies that empower teams to achieve excellence.
